Alex is the founder and principal of Foundation Law Group. In 2018, Alex was recognised by the Law Society of NSW and accredited as a specialist in the area of planning and environmental law.



Alex has worked exclusively in the planning and development sector for over 10 years. He has worked for both regional and metropolitan firms, focussing primarily on development law.

Alex has also worked as in-house counsel for one of the largest local councils in NSW, offering him a unique perspective on local government and development. In his various roles, Alex has advised both private clients and a variety of local councils, from all over New South Wales.

Alex has keen insight into the development process and has found it most effective to be involved in the application process at its inception, to avoid potential complications at later stages.

As a consequence, Foundation Law Group offers a broader scope of services than most other law firms when it comes to development. Alex will assist you from the beginning of your development, through to the very end.

Alex has made a career from working with problem sites and finding creative solutions to meet development outcomes that are both commercial and responsible.
